Another important thing is that your website should be verified in the search console with the same email Id you are using on Question Hub for the purpose of directing traffic from Question Hub to your blog for free. 

Simply, you can understand that login account/signup account in Question Hub, as well as Google Console, should be the same so that you can redirect traffic to your website. 

If you are not signing up with the email account you use in the console then you won't be able to direct traffic to your website through Question Hub.
